Beyond base compensation, benefits are pretty similar among firms. Sure, we offer medical, vision and other types of insurance to our employees, but we also offer some other benefits, unique to our firm, that support your life at and away from work.
Compensation Your efforts do not go unrewarded. Staff accountants are paid overtime, so staff compensation is commensurate with the time you work. In addition, all professionals are included in our bonus program that recognizes exceptional effort and achievement.
Sabbatical Professionals who have completed six years of employment with RBZ are eligible for a one-month sabbatical plus an additional month’s compensation (one month off at double your pay rate). Use this time to do something unique for yourself. Go ahead, take that trip you have always dreamed of!
Telecommuting In those instances in which it’s necessary to work remotely, RBZ utilizes Citrix™ in order for personnel to work online with secured access to our network.
CPA Exam Review Course Support We reimburse tuition for the CPA exam review course of your choice, up to a fixed amount, and provide an additional 16 hours of compensated time for taking the exam.
Parental Leave Program RBZ provides two weeks of paid time off for the birth or adoption of a child, for fathers as well as mothers.
Retirement Plan RBZ offers a 401(k) Plan to all its employees. Though discretionary, the firm has provided a profit sharing contribution every year that the plan has existed.
Busy Season Perks During “busy season,” trying to balance your work and personal life can be a real challenge. In the past, we have provided concierge and house cleaning services, car washes, catered dinners, Saturday breakfasts, an on-site manicurist and massage therapist, and a host of other surprises. Busy season does not need to be a heavy burden and these “perks” let our employees know we are supporting their efforts.
