Counseling


Performance needs to be measured. And it has to be communicated in order for people to understand and take action from it. Performance feedback and counseling take place formally twice per year. It’s a lot of work, but we want our people to get the feedback they need to maximize their performance. The RBZ performance feedback and counseling program is confidential, consistent and timely, and we take a lot of pride in it. Counseling sessions accompany performance evaluations and provide an opportunity for our professionals to receive feedback on their performance, discuss professional interests and develop action steps for their career plan and direction twice, not once, per year.
