Getting Started

Get to know us?- we're easy to find. The simplest way to start your research is to visit our What Makes Us Unique and Firm Culture page. Better yet, find us at on-campus speaking events or receptions sponsored by accounting clubs or business fraternities such as the Accounting Society, Beta Alpha Psi, or Delta Sigma Pi. Faculty members are a great source for insights into the many CPA firms, and RBZ is well-known to faculty members at local universities through our involvement with the Education Committee of the California Society of CPAs and Advisory Committee of the Department of Accounting and Information Technology at California State University, Northridge. Harvey Bookstein, a co-founding partner of the firm, and his wife Harriet donated the entire endowment for the Harvey and Harriet Bookstein Chair in Taxation. Their gift will also fund the Bookstein Institute for Higher Education in Taxation at California State University, Northridge. RBZ also supports the local universities where we recruit by sponsoring scholarships for deserving students who have displayed exceptional performance.

The RBZ Interview Trail
Campus Interview - RBZ regularly arranges interview schedules through university career services or placement centers each fall and spring for full-time positions, and each winter for our summer internships. You will find our recruiting brochures and other contact information available to you at these locations. Our first-round interviews are usually on campus.

Information Sessions - Whether you are a graduate or an undergraduate student, RBZ offers information sessions through either the career services or placement center, or one of the student accounting organizations. They are informal events, giving you the opportunity to meet RBZ professionals and get real answers to your questions.
