Better yet, find us at on-campus speaking events or receptions sponsored by accounting clubs or business fraternities such as the Accounting Society, Beta Alpha Psi, or Honors accounting/business programs. Faculty members are a great source for insights into the many CPA firms, and RBZ is well-known to faculty members at major local universities through our involvement with the Education and Careers Committee of the California Society of CPAs, and several Advisory Committees of accounting programs for universities located in Southern California. Harvey Bookstein, a co-founding partner of RBZ, and his wife Harriet donated the endowment for the Harvey and Harriet Bookstein Chair in Taxation at California State University, Northridge (CSUN). Their gift also funds the Bookstein Institute for Higher Education in Taxation at CSUN. RBZ also supports the local universities where we recruit by sponsoring scholarships for deserving students who have displayed exceptional performance in and outside the classroom.
The RBZ Interview Trail
Campus Interview – RBZ regularly arranges interview schedules through university career services and placement centers each fall and spring for full-time positions, and each winter for our summer internships. You will find our recruiting brochures and other contact information available to you at these locations or on our website at www.rbz.com. Our first-round interviews are usually on campus.
Information Sessions – Whether you are a graduate or an undergraduate student, RBZ offers information sessions through either the career services or placement center, or one of the student accounting organizations. They are informal events, giving you the opportunity to meet RBZ professionals and get real answers to your questions.
