Stephen Rickert
Stephen Rickert has more than 12 years of public accounting experience, with a specialization in international and multi-state taxation. Steve’s public accounting background includes a hard-to-find combination of "big firm" international and multi-state taxation experience along with the hands-on experience that comes from working with middle-market clients and their owners. It is this experience that enables Steve to analyze the business and individual goals of his clients and align them into an overall tax strategy that maximizes the wealth of both
Steve’s clients include closely held middle-market companies operating in the manufacturing, technology, entertainment, wholesale and distribution, and retail industries. Steve’s expertise extends to planning and consulting on various corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, planning for foreign country entrance and exit, and expatriate taxation issues.
Stephen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Stephen graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and earned a Masters of International Management degree from the University of Denver.
