Janice Angell

Janice Angell has 20 years of tax compliance, planning and consulting experience within a broad range of privately-held middle-market companies organized as S and C corporations, partnerships and other pass-through entities. Her corporate tax experience includes serving both U.S. and Japanese companies with multi-state activities.

Some of her industry-specific expertise includes manufacturing and distribution, entertainment, retail, and service companies. She also has experience serving high-net-worth individuals, including family office groups.

Janice represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and California State Franchise Tax Board, and works with their special groups on delinquent returns and tax return audits. Within RBZ, Janice is involved with the firm’s internal continuing education program as an instructor in corporate taxation and Financial Accounting Standard No. 109, “Accounting for Income Taxes.”

Janice is a Certified Public Accountant in California, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Janice’s educational background includes a Juris Doctorate from Northwestern School of Law, Lewis and Clark College, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles.
